Dis is mah fur famlee! Last week we wint to a big pug fest! I saw mah uncle mistah peahbody, my gramma Pebbles, mah brother Rocco, and mah sista peony. Mah Lola toy gots to see her sister peep. I dont relly think we’re related! I also gots to see mah friends Pippin and Roscoe. Winston and Cosette were dere too, but dey were enthralled by mah Lola toy. she mite have hidden powers. I would worry about her.  Mah mama gots me a sweater and mah chewie a new dog bowl fer his cage!

Yeah, Yeah, the christmas tree is up. I peed on it a coupla times already. i meen there is a tree in the house and i pee on trees. what mah mama expect? the real news is the NW Pugs Christmas party last saturday.

Lotsa pugs came to see me and mah chewie at the party. Mah Chewie was even dressed in his necktie. The Ricky said I would get lost and made me put on mah Chewie’s neck torture device.

This is mah brudder Rocco in da army vest. Mah frenz Pippin and Roscoe partied too. I also met new frenz!

Lotsa pugs came out. Mah MaMa told me dat da pugs were not gathered to see me and I had to be nice. I took da seet of royalty—a stranger’s lap. Ima sure you see da resemblence in mah brudder.. He is quite handsome if I do say so myself.

Ima just sayin. Handsome.

oh. Dis was mah new monkey. I tink I left it at the party.

Mah MaMa has bin way too obsessed with dat stoopid iphone! She never takes pictures of me anymore. She sez da camera is broken, but I dunno believe her! Instead of me, you can see mah other uncle, Hudson the Puppy Eater. He has a very regal sounding title! I wish I was Le Mops the Chewie Eater!

In udder news, I am feelin’ better, so I git to go to the pug meetup on Saturday in Issaquah! I am reel excited!

I forgot to mention dat I met Winston at da fassion show! I also met the stray Cosette! She seemed reel nice and was wearing a really purrty dress! The Cossette Colbert Report is great fun, so you should reed it!

It has been quite a while since we have asked for help with donations
but we find ourselves in dire need.

Right now PugHearts has 43 dogs in our care and available for
adoption! We have never had this many dogs in care before. We are
stretched to the limit with our foster homes and are having to board
some of our newest dogs at our vet clinic until foster homes can be
found. In addition, many of these new dogs have come to us with severe
medical issues. So now we need to ask you to dig deep to help us cover
our costs and get these babies well enough to be adopted out.

Complicating matters more, we recently had a “hold” placed on our
PayPal account which we utilize for receiving donations. PayPal
required proof of our non-profit status prior to releasing this hold.
We were able to provide this information however, PayPal took quite a
while to clear all their red tape and release our account. Our account
has now been restored to good standing but we had quite a period
without any incoming funds that left us with large unpaid veterinary
bills. Our present balance at our vet is around $15,000. With all of
the recent new rescues we expect that bill with grow significantly
before the month is out.

Mah barkday is soon! Mama sez i dunno git a partee but soon we will have a yard! I ratter have a partee!!! We had a meetup but mah mama no take photos! she lazeeeee….and The Ricky Daddy is werkn looong hours on dedline, so we sleep on mah MaMa’s head all day, cuz she git reeel lazee win no one else is home!!!
